Cancelling
If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account settings and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple holds the subscription, not us. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kanjō. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf — nobody can except Apple.
Either way your ledger stays. Dropping to Free keeps every expense you have recorded; it only stops the paid features.
The free trial
Fourteen days of Premium, and we do not ask for a card to start it. When it ends you drop to Free unless you choose otherwise.
Prices are the same on the web and in the App Store. We do not price the app higher on one platform to cover the other's fees.
